1. What we collect

When you book we keep your name, e-mail, phone, travel dates, pickup details and payment status. We need these to run your booking, send vouchers and keep accounting records.

2. Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember your language, currency and cart, and protect forms. They are always on. Optional cookies are used by the live-chat widget and by site analytics; they load only if you choose Accept all.

3. Your rights

Signed-in customers can download all their data or delete their account from My account. Invoices and payment records are kept as required by law, without your name or contact details.
