Booking terms

A booking is a request until we confirm availability by e-mail. Prices are per person and shown in the site currency.

Payment details are sent after confirmation. A booking is guaranteed once payment is received.

You can cancel online free of charge until the day before your travel date. Later cancellations are handled case by case.

Operators may change itineraries because of weather or safety. We will offer an alternative date or a refund if an activity cannot run.
